Service was fine. But I lead to believe that it would cost half of what his estimate was, when I called to make the appt. The girl on the phone should know that you only put up two springs now and therefore it would cost a lot more. Therefore I did not use your service because I thought I had been totally lied to. I found a place so much cheaper even having to pay you service fee.

The spring broke on our door. He explained that everything was pre 1993 and mostly obsolete and not really safe. (there had been a power outage a few weeks before, and it hadn't occurred to me that the thing had to be reset. He also didn't laugh at my ignorance So, thank you!
