Jeremy and his assistant did a great job in installing a new opener and spring system. The only negative is that they didn't arrive until 1 hour after the appointment window. When I called to check status, the office stated that they didn't think that Jeremy knew he had another appointment - Strange! I don't think this was Jeremy's issue at all, it was likely the office's issue.

David was on time, very friendly and was able to quickly fix the problem. This is the third time Dave assisted with the garage doors over the years. The only problem with the installation is that the security latch on the side of the garage door will not latch due to not being lined up with the locking hole in the door.

Jeremy came in and inspected the door worked up several quotes to repair the door. I opted to repair the broken spring and replace the hardware and the gargae door opener, due to the age of my unit and the advice of the technician. The guys got right to work, and repaired the door, replaced the broken old hardware and the garage door opener, a lifmaster belt drive unit. They were quick and efficent. After the install they covered the warrenty with me again, showed me how to operate the unit all the bells and whistles, VERY professional and VERY courteous. The installation was impressive, clean and neat, and they left the garage clean and in better shape than it was when they got there. The whole package was expensive, but I feel I got a good value for the money and am very please with the installation and the pros that did it. Jermey did a great job.
