Jeremy was prompt, explained his findings clearly and offered my choice of three options for the current repair. Once the repairs were completed, he showed me that they had been done and demonstrated how the door works after the repairs. He called and wanted to meet me earlier than the appt so I left work earlier than planned to meet him. Then he was actually 20 minutes later than the original time window. We called because on numerous occasions the garage door would not open even though the motor was working. He said since he couldn't duplicate incident he couldn't fix it. However he could make it sound really nice by replacing springs and wheels to the tune of $500 or more. And if the other problem happened again we can just replace the entire opener. Felt the company's goal is to charge you just for the opportunity for their saleperson to sale you on more expensive services. Total ripoff. Would not recommend or use again.
