James is an excellent representative for Precision Doors. He explained the damage (age related wear) to our current double door (19' and therefore custom to replace) and proposed three alternatives for its replacement and the replacement of a single door. Jeremy and his assistant did a great job in installing a new opener and spring system. The only negative is that they didn't arrive until 1 hour after the appointment window. When I called to check status, the office stated that they didn't think that Jeremy knew he had another appointment - Strange! I don't think this was Jeremy's issue at all, it was likely the office's issue.
