I have used Precision a number of times to repair damage and wear and tear to my garage door. The technicians are always very friendly and professional, and the repairs are done thoroughly. It is a pleasure to see how smoothly my garage door works when they are done. The company gives you several options for the extent of repairs that you need, and they don't pressure you into the most expensive option. I'm not sure about the cost relative to other companies, but the prices that I have paid have always seemed reasonable for the work that they did. I highly recommend this company for garage door repairs.

Two new garage doors were installed on Dec 8 by Jay Garcia. Everything was working great when he left. Some how over the weekend one door could not open or close from my car. The office set up Kris to reprogram my car.. the job before me took longer than expected. Kris call several times to keep me informed. Upon arrival he checked the complete system before starting to program my car. After programming my car everything work great again. By calling to keep me informed on his time table really made me feel good. Great service and great tech's.

I would tell others to NEVER use Precision Door Service! I learned a hard lesson by using your services the first time in October. I should have gotten a second opinion, but I was sick with bronchitis and just wanted the door problem fixed. I now understand that your technicians work at least partly on a commission basis. Thank goodness, I didn't choose the other two options that were offered to me for repairs. After getting a second opinion, it appears that the main problem was with the garage door motor, NOT the door, so I basically spent, unnecessarily, almost $700. I was "at your mercy," just as it is when women bring our cars in for repairs. So, all that to say, I am VERY displeased with the work that was done in October by Jeremy Wright. I think he did unnecessary repairs, rather than looking more closely at the motor and simply replacing it. I will suggest to anyone that they NEVER use Precision Doors. What a rip off!!!!!!! Thanks for nothing.

KRIS WAS VERY NICE AND HE KNEW WHAT HIS WAS DOING. TOOK HIM NO TIME TO INSPECT THE DOOR AND LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS NEEDED TO GET IT WORKING ONCE AGAIN. HE GAVE A COUPLE OF OPTIONS ON THE REPAIR. The Precision Door Customer Service group got me out of a nasty situation; we came home after dinner last night, opened the garage door and parked our brand new car inside. Pushed the door again to close the garage door and a huge bang made it clear that something was wrong - the door hung crooked and halfway closed, while the track was ripped out of the wall. They promised a technician around eleven and Sam showed up, did a remarkable job of getting the door closed, but he couldn't repair it till next day when John showed up who did the impossible, he straightened the track, bolted it back to the wall, replaced one roller that we could never find and did a fantastic job of repair in a short time. The only sour note of course was the sizeable charge for an Emergency Call, but I would not have left my garage door hang half open with my new car and basically the house wide open, so I rather be safe than sorry. Again both Sam who came to the early rescue and John who did a fantastic repair job are to be recommended as the "A-Team" of Precision. If you ever have a need for expert garage door repair or install - Precision Door -Thank You.

Frank was extremely professional. I was his last appointment of the day and due to traffic, he didn't get there until 6pm. He recognized the problem immediately. I was going to have to replace the garage door opener. Of course, this involved replacing the opener as well as all of the other buttons and sensors. All was done within two hours on a hot Thursday afternoon. I was very impressed with Frank and his attention to detail and want you to know that I think he is a great member of your team!
