The technician arrived when he said he would, he was knowledgeable, and he provided me a variety of options from fixing my immediate problem to doing additional preventive maintenance. He was not at all pushy or trying to aggressively sell me more than I needed. He gave me the options, costs, and his recommendation. He took the time to explain how to properly maintain the garage door in the future. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and everything was as promised. I stapled David's card to the wall next to my garage door opener control and will definitely call him again if I have another problem. Hopefully that is many years from now.

The three technicians I worked with were all professional and did a thorough job with the initial inspection and replacing the door. I'm taking the extra time today to show my gratitude to a great technician! Jeremy Wright arrived on time with a friendly, helpful attitude -- on a Sunday. He explained everything I wanted to know; how it works, what might have happened, how he would fix it; what was under warranty and for how long. He finished by helping to reprogram both remotes, outdoor opener, automobile, and replace a light bulb for me. He made me aware of possible problems in the future and encouraged me to call him if I have another problem to see if we might resolve it on the phone. Just think he's a super technician!
