There is not a choice for 6 or more. Nur is fantastic Doug, but you know that…. He is not only personable but also very knowledgeable and committed to his craft-customer service. Regrettably I had to cancel the transaction (within the 3 days) as I did not realize until the next day that I needed to get Homeowners prior approval- so we cancelled the appointment and Nur assisted me in getting my refund. I received a revised invoice showing credit (I guess it takes time to process although the sale posted right away). I might suggest 1 or 2 things Doug… 1. Ask prospective clients if they need HOA approval prior to installation. 2. Provide email contact info for Billing, Delivery, Sales. All I had was Nur’s email and he was as diligent there as he was selling the product. If all your reps are like him- you know you will continue to grow and prosper. This was the second time we've used Precision Garage Door based on how our first experience went. Again they did a great job at replacing our springs, we went with a whole new assembly for a price that was reasonable. They finished the job quickly and explained how everything works. Will use them again for any garage door work needed.

The young man who came and fixed our garage door opener after it died, was so nice, polite and professional, we were amazed. After looking it over, and explaining the problem, we opted to get a new garage door opener, and it works so well - it's quiet, great light in the garage to see getting out of our cars, and SO much better than our old one even when it was new! I would never hesitate to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Our tech Nur was very professional, informative and beyond courteous. Nur arrived on the same day we needed our garage doors fixed. He provided answers to all our questions regarding updating our doors to code. Nur stayed until after hours (10pm) until the doors were operating perfectly. I have used Precision Garage Door in the past, and have never been disappointed. The young man (N.W) that came out yesterday, was on time and very courteous. He explained all my options, with pricing. I decided to replace the entire garage door opener, instead of just the broken pieces, as the entire unit was not that much more expensive. He stayed late to finish the repairs, and answered all my questions. Great customer service. A satisfied customer!

Got in a tight spot with my new door opener purchased and installed from precision garage door. opener would not close, I tried to adjust sensor with no results, needed to get back to work, called precision, they came within an hour and half, fand fixed it straight away.
