Called a little before 8:00am.Tech (David) arrived around 9:00am. My garage door opener was about 17 years old and finally gave up. Instead of trying to fix a 17 year old opener I choose to replace it with a new one. David showed me three options and pricing for each (installed). I choose one and David got to work right away. David was very professional and had the new opener installed in no time. He then helped program our vehicles home-link buttons so that they would work with the new opener. I highly recommend David for this type of service. Thanks to David and Precision for getting us up and running again. Very happy!

I went with Precision because I have used them to install a Loftmaster garage door opener back in 2012 and that unit was working tirelessly for 12 years before the logic bird started malfunctioning. The motor and belt were still good but no retrofit available for logic board. David was assigned to my job. I live this company for many reasons. 1. They truly have live personnel answering your calls and adjusting your schedules 2. The wait time in the phone is less than a minute ( when compared to many other commercial places where average wait is 10 min) 3. Each person who took the call were polite and courteous. I had spoken to Elisa, channel, Jennifer, Jasmine and all were wonderful 4. David couldn’t knew the first appointment time as he was stuck in Houston traffic and that was understandable. He scheduled me the very next day. 5. David was very clear with his recommendations based on the problem I faced. He installed a new LM garage door opener and showed me everything about it including maintenance, programming of the key pad and cars. Everything went smooth. I appreciate David’s expertise and skill. He was very pleasant and kind gentleman. I recommend him to others.
