Dave arrived at the appointed time, analysed the condition of the doors, and gave an estimate of the cost of repairs. After discussion with my husband, they decided to do a more inclusive repair. He had all necessary parts and supplies with him, and completed the job in 2-3 hours. He is a very nice man, very conscientious. My husband was in the garage with him most of the time and Dave had no problem explaining everything he was doing. It was a beastly hot day, but he did not let it bother him. By the time he left, we felt like we had 2 new garage doosr that work beautifully. Unfortunately, Dave still had another repair call to go to when I'm sure he would have just liked to go home! Somehow, I feel he probably treated that next customer just as well as he did us.

Most professional company and helpful technicians I have dealt with. This is our second time using Precision Garage Doors, for different issues with our garage doors. Both service experiences went the extra mile to explain the problem we were having and what was done to correct the issue. On this visit, Jeremy tried to save us the trip cost by diagnosing the issue on the phone. However, our garage door controller was no longer working properly and needed to be replaced. The work was done very efficiently and now our garage door works far better than before. The door is amazingly quiet too. They know garage doors at Precision Garage Door.

He has his work down to a tee, he works in a precision mode while hes working. I would let this man come to my house for dinner and conversation anytime. Pls award him anything you can.

I had a 13 yr old Liftmaster 2280. The drive belt had became stripped, so I requested service. Wadi came out and insisted that he had to change both the belt and the rail assembly, claiming it was about the same price. He was going to charge me $100, but later, when I searched the net, I found that the belt alone normally costs about $60 retail. After installing the new belt and rail assembly, he was having a lot of trouble setting the travel extents for the door. After taking a long time doing various adjustments, the motor started to make strange noises and then shortly thereafter seized. Despite the web site's claim that their trucks are always fully stocked, the tech only had two replacement options, both Liftmasters the least expensive of which was $549. I wasn't in a position to take off time from work for yet another service call, so I elected to go with the Liftmaster. Wadi didn't charge me for the installation or the PM he did, but still, what should have been an easy, affordable fix cost me almost $600. If I have problems after the warranty period expires, I will probably look for a different company.

Dave told me that the invoice would include the date and time for the repair. This did not happen. So I have paid $700 but have no recorded date for doing the work. This is not a good thing for me.
