Rick May kept me up to date on his arrival time, when he showed up, explained I didn't some things I thought I did, and was able to do the job right then which was great. He installed two overhead springs to replace the one 30y old spring that broke, put new rollers, and balanced everything. Extremely polite and informative on why the original spring broke. Would recommend the service to friends without hesitation. The only caveat and its not related to Rick's service, was paying for a trip charge, if I hadn't purchased the service and parts and only wanted a quote I can see it being justified. The other is the 2% convenience charge to use a credit card, who uses checks or cash these days?

My tech was amazing. Carefully review and understand your invoice. Can be a bit pricey shop around to make sure you get the most bang for your buck. It is a business. Spoke with management who granted a small adjustment on price. Overall service was excellent but I paid far to much for what I received.

We had a pleasant experience all around. Our garage door stopped working last night and we really needed it fixed before morning. I called and the girl who answered was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to send someone out to us within an hour. The tech called me 20min before his arrival and he was very timely. Once here, he quickly recognized the problem, explained to me what needs to be fixed and why, and was very patient with me and my questions. He worked hard in our HOT garage (no AC in there) and fixed our issue. I’m very happy with this company and would use them again

David was my technician. He was extremely Professional and very informative. He knew what he was doing and did not take any short cuts. He made suggestions only to better improve the doors and opener I already have and u actually took him up on his recommendation. My doors run like new again. Since I live on the island he mad another critical safety suggestion and I told him I would contact him at a later dat to do it. This was to reinforce my doors up to 150mph winds. I already have top rate doors. I though it was a great idea and should have been suggested ten years ago by the company that installed them. Today is Memorial Day and He answered all my questions and taught me how to do things myself. While I spent quite a bit more than I planned to he did tell me my garage door opener belt had a lifetime warranty from chamberlain lift master but I would have to order it then call them back to install it. It could take another month. It would have only saved me one hundred dollars overall. So I opted to just pay today and get it done. He completely serviced everything and now I feel like I have new doors and openers again. Very smooth and quiet. I really like David. I’ll request him in the future. I have had these doors and opener since after hurricane Ike. This is the first time I’ve had them professionally serviced. Great Job Precision Door. I will recommend you to my friends.

I went online to find a company that could come out right away even though they couldn’t come out right away they still sent someone out within a matter of a couple of hours or so he was very courteous ,talkative just all-around a good guy we liked him right from the start he came in and looked and found the problem and it was very simple and so my husband and I have been talking about getting a new garage door and so without a doubt we will definitely be calling Percision back to do our install

Jose Valdez did a great job installing our garage door motor, opener and keypad. Our old opener was stuck and would not go all the way down. I called at 4:00 p.m. and David Bell, our technician, was at our home by 8:00 a.m. the next day. Can’t ask for more than that. He even called to let me know he was on his way and would be arriving in 30 mins. David was very pleasant and friendly. He took his time and explained everything. Wow, I didn't know this kind of service even existed any more! Our opener stopped working on Saturday so I started researching repair options on Sunday. I noticed that you guys advertise answering the phones 24/7. So I called on Sunday afternoon hoping to do nothing more than schedule a service call sometime during the following week. What a pleasant surprise that within 3 hours a technician arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave me the information to have a new motor sent by the manufacturer under warranty and instructions to let you know when I receive it to schedule the replacement. Amazing! This is how you make customers for life!

Service Technician David Bell came out and fixed all the issues with my eleven year old garage door. The springs were not adjusted for the weight of the door. One of the springs had been replaced before I bought the house and the other was probably original to the house. The rollers were original and worn. David replaced the old springs and installed new rollers. I can now tell that the opener is not working as hard to cycle the door and it is much quieter. Quite is better because it means that things are working the way they are intended. Overall, an excellent job, maybe I paid a little more than some others would charge, but I know the work was done properly and the door will reliable for years. I also know that you get what you pay for. Good job.
