A technician named Jonas was able to come out within an hour when I called. This gave us peace of mind because our garage door was open and jammed to where we could not loosen it up. They were on point and had the right tools that a normal homeowner would not have. He also offered new nylon rollers which quiets the opening and closing. It was a great deal that I could not pass up.

Precision Door Service did a great job. From my initial call to get a same day appointment to the timeliness of the technician. Our technician Jonas was prompt and courteous. He was able to replace the springs and cables on our garage door the same day at a fair price.

This company was excellent. My garage door of all days broke on Halloween night; good thing because I think the neighbors thought it was part of the Halloween decorations. I didn't expect a company to come out at the last minute because it was late. Good service and very professional. Great Job!!

I deeply regret that I can not give Precision a good review. My experience this afternoon fell far short of being satisfactory. Nothing was accomplished towards solving the issue. I hope that other people have a better experience than I did, but I will not be using them again.

Bryan Medina came out for an assessment of our double garage door. It's old and has been repaired a couple of times. It was determined that it needed to be replaced. Within a couple of days Jonas came out to install a new garage door. He and Bryan are very professional and were helpful in explaining the process.
