We had a pleasant experience all around. Our garage door stopped working last night and we really needed it fixed before morning. I called and the girl who answered was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to send someone out to us within an hour. The tech called me 20min before his arrival and he was very timely. Once here, he quickly recognized the problem, explained to me what needs to be fixed and why, and was very patient with me and my questions. He worked hard in our HOT garage (no AC in there) and fixed our issue. I’m very happy with this company and would use them again

Andrew was fabulous. He was patient with "ALL" my questions and gave me many good options and suggestions. He replaced the broken spring that snapped during the polar vortex. He also sprayed the door with Precision lubricant spray making my door sound like new again. He made this unexpected expense less stressful as I felt he was honest and definitely skilled.
