Frank was most cordial, professional, and informative. He provided clear and easy to understand information as to what happened to the broken springs. He was efficient, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. In the process of doing the maintenance check, he was extremely thorough, added bolts where bolts were needed to secure the "safety" light as it was not secured and consequently could have created an adverse opportunity; he greased areas that needed it creating a more quiet door movement. I learned all about the springs that control the door as it opens and closes, and for that, I am grateful. I have a total new respect and insight into the operation of my garage door that keeps me and my property safe. I am so glad I called your business to ease my anxiety of a broken garage door due to the broken springs.

The repairman was running a little late the day of my appointment, and called twice to keep me updated on timing. A new door opener was installed quickly. When I had an issue with the cost of the service, the owner Patrick called me and made things right---he truly cares about his customers. James and Mark were very efficient and knowledgeable about garage doors. They contacted me and arrived on time. They explained the broken chain that was enclosed and recommended replacement with a visible chain along with new rollers. The plate attached to the contractor grade garage door opener was also broken. It was recommended to replace opener and they explained to me the choice of 2 different ones. They worked to complete the job within a little over an hour. I appreciated their friendliness and willingness to answer my questions. They were neat in their work and cleaned up once they were finished. Thank you to Precision for sending the service techs in a timely manner.
