I went with precision garage doors after I called about 6-7 other places. They had the best price. They said it would be 2-3 hrs before they could come by, they were here 30 minutes later. Charles Mincey was the technician, he did a very good job, I do recommend him. Over all 5 stars

Thank you Precision for providing true customer care service from the time I called and you provided a same day appointment and to Technician Charles who arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me several options to properly repair my garage door. I chose the option that best suited my needs and budget. Friendly and courteous service! During the repair it was noted that several bearings were still in good shape and did not need replacement, instead of up-selling Charles took those bearings off the final bill. After the job was done, Charles took the time to explain everything properly and cleaned up my garage. Thank you for outstanding service!

My technician Joshua Kesler arrived, accompanied with a young technician, who was training in the Precision method. They were wonderful. They were polite, professional and prompt. Joshua went the extra mile helping me to understand in simple plain English, the work they had done, suggested simple preventative measures on garage door care, and assured me that Precision is a company that stands by its promises in caring for its customers. He’s a keeper and the young man training with him will be an asset also.

Jacob Austin came out in time. A very nice young person explaining all my options and prices. I went with a new Liftmaster with belt drive and WiFi. Jacob did very good work installing the opener and I love it. Good work!!! I will recommend Precision to all of my friends.

He was not here long enought to evaluate! Seriously, Dave was here just a few months ago to do over $1,000 worth of repairs. He does a great job. Today, he came out to deliver and program a remote. It took me longer to write the check than it did for him to do his work. The $138. charge is outrageous. Your service is great. Your charges are ridiculous. We were expecting a charge of $75. I am looking for another provider.

Very nice person, did a good job of diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Other problems came up but he worked on it and fixed all issues. He also taught me a lot about garage doors, openers, motors and springs. I also bought two Marantec garage door opener from him for my rental property and he answered all my questions about programing it. The fix for my garage door took longer than we thought but in the end he stayed and made sure I was 100% satisfied.

Make sure to tell them if you have a screw type opener that had to be custom fitted into ceiling. Because I didn't it was a wasted trip. I paid to have someone lubricated parts and tighten bolts. I felt like it was a wasted trip but it was my fault by assuming that they could fix anything related to garage door openers. They can't obviously. Tech was personable and I do not hold him responsible.
