Jim did an excellent job! He was professional and fixed the "spring" problem we were having with our garage door, charging only the service call fee. He also detected a broken drum and explained the future problems this might cause. For a reasonable cost Jim replaced both drums and even checked out the garage door opener and replaced a few missing screws. Highly satisfied with job!!
