Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable on his company products. Our garage door spring had broken, the door is over 15 years old and had not been serviced in while. The bearings and other components need to be replaced and Jacob provided 3 quote options. After reviewing, we chose to replace the door with an insulated model. In the short term he replaced the spring so we would be able to use the door until the new one is installed. Overall we were very impressed with Jacob.

Jeremy and his assistant did a great job. When they were done, they explained what I could do to assist with maintaining the parts they replaced. My old, tight garage presented a challenge in replacing the rollers, and by accident they put a small hole in the wall. They offered to pay for the repairs, but it's very minor and we can handle it. Good experience.

Recently had a new opener installed and I am extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the product installed. The tech, John Gallerano did and exceptional job with the installation. He called in advance to keep us updated on his arrival, showed up on time and did a very professional job on the installation. The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage quickly. I was however a bit disappointed that they attempted to sell me a plethora of service/equipment that I didn't need. My garage door opener was about a year old and yes was builders grade, however, new track, wheels, and spring are probably not necessary at this time. The repair took less than an hour with limited inexpensive parts and I was charged 229$. This seemed high plus it was the low end... The recommended service was 950$. Crazy
