James and Julian did an excellent job. James clearly explained all options in dealing with a dead motor, old belts, very old bearings. I elected to do the "Best" repair. They completed it in the time they indicated in a hot garage (over 90 degrees) facing west in late afternoon. They were friendly and courteous throughout. I would definitely recommend your company based on their efforts. Thanks!

Jeremy is a very courteous and knowledgable professional technician. He took his time explaning how to operate the garage door opener and computer system to both me and my wife. He recommended a Homelink Repeater kit in order to use my wife's remote in the car and for added security he installed a My Q Gateway so that it could be operated from my smart phone. This enables me to monitor and secure my garage door from my cell phone while away from the house. I would highly recommend Jeremy Wright and Precision Door to all my friends and neigbors.

The repair of my garage door appeared to be satisfactory after the repair man left. It lasted until midmorning the next day when the whole thing cratered,,the door would not go up or down ,and again we were left with a car left in the garage that we can not use. I called your office to report to report the problem and your response was minimal at most. Supposedly you will send someone out today between 11 AM and one PM.Based on your past performance. I HAVE MY DOUBTS Wow, a repair bill of $ 578 and it lasted less than 24 hours and it seems to not concern your company.

Review:

Very nice person, did a good job of diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Other problems came up but he worked on it and fixed all issues. He also taught me a lot about garage doors, openers, motors and springs. I also bought two Marantec garage door opener from him for my rental property and he answered all my questions about programing it. The fix for my garage door took longer than we thought but in the end he stayed and made sure I was 100% satisfied.

I do not remember the technician's name. He advised he would order a new belt on Monday April 20. He said the belt would come in 7-10 days and we should call when it arrives and then an appointment would be made to install. We are pleased with the service to this point.
