Fantastic service! I could not open the garage doors and my cars were trapped inside the garage. In less than 5 hours from my phone call, it had been repaired with new springs and ran smoother than before. The installer, Nur Watts, is a great representative of the company. Professional, fast, friendly and efficient, as was the person who handled the phone call. Nur W is a professional and knowledgeable technician. He is also very personable. Nur listened to my concerns and he then performed a garage door tune-up. I informed him that the door was functioning, but was very noisy. After performing the inspection, he recommended changing the door rollers and/or replacing the door opener. I declined the services for now. I agree with your logo, "Precision is a neighborly company".

Nur watts my technician was a GODSEND!!! He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. I have used this company time and time again for all my garage door needs. He knew the problem, gave me examples along with precise explanations of each part and step of the process! He is an excellent reflection of what the company stands for.
