Called to request service and was pleasantly surprised it would be the same day. The scheduler was quite efficient and pleasant. I appreciated the notification system that informed me who was coming and the timing of his arrival. Marlon was precise and did a wonderful job, all the while explaining and teaching about my garage door operation.

EXCELLENT customer service!! Very professional! Was under a lot of stress with the recent power outage and an off track crooked garage door did not help my stress. Did a virtual chat at 11pm last night, got scheduled for an appointment today at 2pm. Marlon came, assessed the issue, did the work and got me back in the game. He explained everything he did then assured me the door was working by letting me open and close it while he watched on. For professional residential repair you have to use Precision! Worth every penny!!!

Now I know why the owner named the company..."PRECISION". From the time I called for a double garage repair, I recieved PROMPT follow up. Schedueld for next day. Marlon, the repair rep called 1 hour prior to arrival. He was professional, personable, thorough. I reviewed the "cost-benefit" and choose the higher amount to get a 20 year old door back in excellent service order. Thanks to the entire team.

My garage door opener stopped working, and it’s amazing how much you miss something that is normally taken for granted! I called Precision Door because I liked the reviews I read. Marlon came out and he was very personable and professional and explained the problem with my opener and what could be done. I was confident with his knowledge and ability to do the job. First, the appointment booking process was seamless via the online portal which I very much like! Second, is the responsiveness of the dispatch team, which was also impressive. The lady I spoke with gave me an excellent experience by being courteous and knowledgeable about their service line and procedures. Mr. Contave did an awesome job taking care of our garage door issues today. He gave us a courtesy call 40 minutes out, and arrived on time, early on a Sunday morning no less. He quickly deduced the problem (a broken spring) and replaced the damaged/worn-out units and had the door + opener system working perfectly. He was very courteous and attentive to the warranted repairs, and all was good and fixed within an hour! Really appreciate the awesome service! Five-Star Service without a doubt!
