The technician arrived in the time stated, and called when he was on the way. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers and the door is operating much more smoothly and quietly. I will definitely call Precision the next timed we need garage door service.

We had a broken spring on our garage door on a Sunday morning. I was surprised that Precision Door was able to send a technician within a few hours of calling. David was very professional. He called ahead to let us know of a slight delay, and called again before he arrived. He replaced the spring, and gave us the option of replacing our 19 year old rollers and bearings. All work was done fairly quickly and well - the door is so quiet now!
