Me and my wife were searching garage door companies Tuesday night and come across your site and realized I have seen your trucks before in the area. These guys are great. Precision has now done two separate repairs for me including (1) a complete door and assembly replacement and (2) a new drive motor. Both were same day inspection appointments and in the case of the drive unit, a same day replacement. Technicians take a lot of pride in the installs. Exceeds expectations all the way around.

I called just yesterday to ask for service on our two garage doors and was very pleased you could send someone the very next day. Josh Kesler called ahead to say he would be arriving within the next 30 minutes. He did an examination of the doors and then presented us with three alternatives that would take care of our problem. He was polite and knew exactly what he was doing. We replaced both springs and rollers along with other parts. We are very pleased with both Josh and Precision Garage Door. I would not hesitate to recommend both to our friends who might have similar issues.

A $0.78 piece of 1"x2"x6' lumber ended up costing me over $600. My garage door repair was not an after hours emergency, so I used the 'online chat' after hours to schedule a service call for the next day. The system is very user-friendly and I had a confirmed appointment for 8-10am the next morning. I received a call from Joshua Kesler (Field Service Manager) to let me know when he was about half an hour away. Joshua is very professional, courteous, friendly, and thorough in his explanation of what will be involved in the repair and the expected cost. Joshua performed an inspection, made the repair, and tested the functionality of the garage door's operation. Unfortunately, I was informed the main tension springs would need to be replaced because of the hazards in winding old (existing) springs. This accounted for 2/3 of the cost of the entire repair. The parts cost seemed a bit high, but the overall service was exceptional. I will recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.

Problem with garage door and I knew exactly where to go for help. I had used Precision before and was very satisfied with their service. This time was no different.
