While I was not expecting to replace our motor, he was very helpful in explaining why it needed to be replaced. He was very friendly and quick to complete the job. He explained all the new remotes and went over the features of our new motor.

Recommended by friend. They responded quickly their technical sales team were friendly, through, and patient through many interruptions, offered good options and were not pushy. They arrived late but informed me of the delay and asked if that would work or would I like to reschedule. The installation crew arrived on time went straight to work, did a great job very efficiently, were done quickly, cleaned up and ready to leave before I knew it. Nur watts my technician was a GODSEND!!! He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. I have used this company time and time again for all my garage door needs. He knew the problem, gave me examples along with precise explanations of each part and step of the process! He is an excellent reflection of what the company stands for.
