He was on-time, courteous and patiently instructed me how to lubricate the door and operator belt on a 6 mo maintenance cycle. I continue to be very satisfied with this company's quality customer service and competent personnel. Jeremy was awesome. He was delayed at another job, but still showed up and completed the repairs on the garage door and replacement of the opener by 10 pm! There were complications with the existing wiring, but he stuck with it and delivered a great system.

Jeremy arrived on time to service the garage door. The door was bouncing back up and had become very loud and did not always respond to the remote signal from the car. Jeremy discovered the cause of the issues quickly and repaired everything that required adjustment. The door was quiet and was no longer bouncing back open. Upon checking the door for the response for something under it ,he discovered that it was not as expected. The real issue was that I had a 1/3 hp motor and I have a very heavy 17 foot wide door built for storms. The issues were related to an underpowered motor. Jeremy told me the door was functioning well but I should watch for signs that it needed to be "tuned again" and explained what to look for. He did not try to sell me a new opener. I told him I wanted the 3/4 hp opener after he explained the types that could be used. We are very satisfied with the new opener and the fact that the door is all but silent going up and down. Jeremy explained everything very clearly and completed the job in very little time. He was very professional, personable and very easy to do business with. I will definitely call this company for any further service and hopefully Jeremy will be the person to take care of us.

Jeremy Wright was more than I expected from a technician! He was on time, extremely knowledgable, and performed my garage door opener install quickly and efficiently. He stayed to go over every aspect of my new opener (that works wonderfully) and let me know that he and the company would stand behind any future issues- life time warranty. James and Mark were very efficient and knowledgeable about garage doors. They contacted me and arrived on time. They explained the broken chain that was enclosed and recommended replacement with a visible chain along with new rollers. The plate attached to the contractor grade garage door opener was also broken. It was recommended to replace opener and they explained to me the choice of 2 different ones. They worked to complete the job within a little over an hour. I appreciated their friendliness and willingness to answer my questions. They were neat in their work and cleaned up once they were finished. Thank you to Precision for sending the service techs in a timely manner.

I do not remember the technician's name. He advised he would order a new belt on Monday April 20. He said the belt would come in 7-10 days and we should call when it arrives and then an appointment would be made to install. We are pleased with the service to this point.

David Bell provided exceptional customer service. He called to let me know he was 30 minutes from my home and he arrived on time. He was so informative and very nice. He explained everything he was doing and also educated me on many things regarding what my garage door opener would do. He fixed my external backup battery and also trouble shot why my remote opener did not work. I needed to purchase a new one and he programmed it for me.
