A cable problem on our garage door happened on a Sunday as we were leaving to go out of town. We called Precision and were informed that someone would come right out. Gene, working for Precision, came and fixed the door. He did a great job and is very professional. He is a huge asset to the company. Gene Martin did a great job. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Saturday morning. Very courteous and professional person answered my call. Gene Martin came out a few hours after I called. He had to replace my garage door opener and motion censers. Lighting had damaged the control board and couldn't be fixed. My new garage door opener works great. Great Job Mr. Martin.
